Dozens of artists\, amateur and professional alike\, have created new pieces based on this year’s RezArts Festival theme\, John 15:1-8. \nDiscover how the Lord has worked in our children\, youth\, and adults as they offered their creative talents. Most Artists take a step of courage to share their work publicly\, often overcoming shyness or anxiety. Come and support them! Plus\, learn how the Lord has been speaking to our people. \nThis year’s Exhibit will also feature artisan baked goods by our talented bakers. Savor treats such as macarons\, apple streusel\, fresh sourdough bread\, or other delights sure to tantalize your taste buds. Followed by a Q&A session moderated by Fr. Matt Woodley.  \nKeynote Address: The Impact of Abortion on the Black Community\nPastor Michael Wright\, Pastor of True Freedom Church in Chicago. \nPro-Life Is Radical Hospitality\nHeather Johnson\, Director of the Baby Bank at Church of the Resurrection and a board member of Caring Network’s new Austin neighborhood clinic. DESCRIPTION:Light and Lessons in Holy Week is a great opportunity to use your creative gifts in the church. Here are ways to participate: \n\n\n1. Audition to be part of the acting troupe. Auditions will be held on Sunday\, January 28: \nChildren’s auditions for grades 1-6 will be held 1-3 pm. Sign up here.\nAdult auditions (7th grade and up) will be held 3:30–5pm. Help behind the scenes.  Build set\, paint\, design props\, sew costumes\, help administrate\, or contribute any specific unique gifts in tech\, dance\, design\, lighting\, or other. Join us for services at 7am\, 12pm\, or 7pm in the sanctuary.\nChildcare will be available for infants through age 5 at the 7pm service only. \nConfessions with a pastoral staff member or trained prayer minister are available at 8am\, 1pm\, or 5pm in the upstairs offices. Children are welcome to confess if accompanied by a parent.
