SUMMARY:Updates on Cambodia with the Whitakers
DESCRIPTION:Join us after 2nd service on Sunday\, August 29\, for a light lunch and informational session led by Fr. Gregory and Dr. Heidi Whitaker. The Whitakers and their five children have been serving in Phnom Penh for the past eight years. During this event\, the Whitakers will share stories and updates on their ministry. \nThe Whitaker family is deeply connected to Rez and were sent as Rez missionaries to serve. As a pediatrician\, Dr. Heidi assists Cambodian physicians in the training of Cambodian medical students and residents. Dr. Gregory is rector for the English-speaking congregation of Church of Christ Our Peace in Phnom Penh. \nIf you did not RSVP\, you are still welcome to join the info session\, but the light lunch is prioritized for those who did RSVP.
