SUNDAY SERVICE TEAMS:
Worshipfully prepare and execute practical aspects of Sunday services as an offering to the Lord.
Commitment varies from 1-3 weeks per month. Browse options here.
WELCOME TEAM: Help provide a welcoming environment. A great opportunity if you enjoy people, are gifted in hospitality, or are younger (ages 16 and up, or serve with a parent!), but anyone can join. Serve 1-3 times per month as available; starting 45 minutes before service begins.
RezCafe: Bless our congregation with coffee/tea as we encourage fellowship and connection between services. Serve between services 1-2 times per month as available.
ALTAR GUILD/BREAD BAKERS: Help prepare Eucharist and the Altar for services. A good option for introverts, or those who like quiet before or after a service. Serve 1 to 3 Sundays/month for up to 30 minutes before, between, or after Sunday services. Openings also available for bread bakers, who prepare bread in their homes once a month.
EUCHARIST MINISTRY: Learn what Rez believes about the Sacraments while serving communion to the congregation on Sunday mornings. Minimal time commitment; volunteers serve 1 to 3 Sundays/month during services only. Long-term attendees or members preferred. Some theological training required.
TECH TEAM: Enjoy learning new skills, seeing how things work behind the scenes, and working with lots of lights and buttons? Serve as a lyrics/graphics operator, or train as an audio mixer or video director about once per month.
MUSIC TEAM: Are you a musician? Use your voice or instrumental talents to lead our congregation into worship. Music team members serve 1-3 three Sundays per month. Rehearsals occur on Sunday mornings before the 8:30 service.
CHANCEL CHOIR: Do you love to sing? Join chancel choir. Rehearsals are on Thursdays, 7-8:30pm. The choir sings on several Sundays and at special services throughout the year. No experience required!
LITURGICAL ROLES: Generally for members or long-term attendees, this team provides support for liturgical duties through the service such as carrying the cross for the procession (crucifers), helping with communion (acolytes), setting the table (altar servers), or reading Scripture (lectors).
MEDICAL RESPONSE TEAM: Do you work in a medical field, or are you up to date on your First-Aid certification? Volunteers are on-call one service per month to be present in case of a medical emergency.
COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
