Have you ever caught yourself going through the motions of church—feeling like you’re stuck as a consumer or observer? Just “attending church” can feel passive. Boring. Deceptive. Deadly.
Paul has a very different vision of church. In Colossians, he tells us to “put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.” Being the church means we belong to a lively family, where you know people so well they drive you crazy. Bearing with them might break your soul open. Everyone brings something to the table.
Join us at Covenant Harbor on the shores of Lake Geneva, WI, March 1-2, for a time both to learn about and practice living together as a church family of sisters, mothers, and daughters. Eat together, catch up in front of the fireplace, make new friends on a lakeside walk. We will unpack what it means to live as a church family, and have a lot of fun at the same time!
