Communication Team:

Create weekly emails, bulletins, and other communication pieces for the whole church.

SERVE TIME:

Sunday or Monday evenings, remote from computer

FREQUENCY:

1-2x per month

Copyediting, Email Design (Mailchimp), Bulletin Layout (InDesign), Graphic Design (Adobe)

Visual Arts

Design, set up, and tear down visual elements throughout the building, such as banners, flowers, constructed and painted set pieces, displays, and more

SERVE TIME:

Weekday evenings and Saturdays

FREQUENCY:

4-5x per year, project-based

Banners, Florals, Set, Area Display, Set-up, Tear-down

Welcome Team: 

Greet people as they arrive, provide direction and information, and help with offering and Communion distribution during the service.

SERVE TIME:

Sundays, 8am–10am or 10am–12pm.

RezCafe:

Brew coffee and set up/clean up RezCafe hospitality area for coffee hour on Sunday mornings.

Chancel Choir

Sing on Sunday mornings and for special services (Easter, Christmas, etc.).

Sing Sundays, 8am-12pm

Rehearse Sundays, 4pm-6pm

Rehearse every week, sing every other Sunday, September through April

Festival Choir

Seasonal: sing with Chancel Choir for a few special services

Choristers (Children’s Choir): 

For 2nd through 7th graders.  Must be at least 7 as of September 1, 2019.  Sing on Sunday mornings and for special services (Easter, Christmas, etc.).

Rehearse Wednesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm

Music Team

Lead the church in musical worship on Sunday mornings. Audition required.

Tech (Audio Production): 

Set up, mix, record, and strike for Sunday & special services

Communion

Help prepare or distribute Communion to the congregation on Sunday mornings.

Preparation Team: 7:30–8:30am, 10am–12:30pm

Prayer 

Pray for people during Communion worship on Sunday mornings. Training required.

Service Management

Support and coordinate pastors and volunteers on Sunday mornings. If you have loved stage management,  event coordination, retail management, or the military, this role could be for you.

OFFICE SUPPORT

Support our staff during the week in our fun-loving office! 

SERVE TIME:

Any time, M-Th, 9am–5p, F 9am–1pm.

Replanted

Serve adoptive, foster, and safe parents by caring for their children on monthly Fridays. Learn about Replanted.

Sanctity of Life

 Pray and care for the unborn and their parents, engage in advocacy.

Disciple our youth on Wednesday nights and over weekend retreats.

SERVE TIME:

Wednesday nights, 5:30-9pm

Biannual retreats

FREQUENCY:

Weekly (except summer and holidays).
