I used acrylic to paint this picture of the sun coming up over the mountains. This reflects Romans 12:12 to me because I think of how creation is patiently waiting the return of Jesus and the beautiful colors in the sunrise speak make me feel joyful. Hope is displayed because it is the beginning of a new day.
