For 5 weeks, gather with other new folks at a nearby home in a small group format to hear from key leaders about our church’s values, interact with these values through discussion and prayer, and connect with other new folks.   • Ash Wednesday

    Join us as for Ash Wednesday service as we embark on Lent, the 40-day season before Easter. Join us for services at 7am, 12pm, or 7pm in the sanctuary. The 7pm service will be available on livestream here. Confessions with a pastoral staff member or trained prayer minister are available at 8:30am, 1:30pm, or 5pm in the upstairs offices. Children are welcome to confess if accompanied by a parent.     The designation made in the Imago Dei extends to all people, including undocumented immigrants and ICE officers. Join us for a conversation alongside Damon Schroeder (Crisis Response Lead at World Relief) that will help us to think critically and biblically about the complex immigration issues of our day. In a non-partisan way, this gathering will address such things as border security, ICE enforcement, and economic concerns.     RezArts Visiting Artist Talk Dr. Richard Hughes Gibson, Rez member and Wheaton College English professor, has recently published a book titled The Way of Dante: Going Through Hell, Purgatory and Heaven with C.S. Lewis, Charles Williams, and Dorothy L. Sayers. On Sunday, March 15, from 12:30-2pm in the Gregory Room, Dr. Gibson will draw on the book to discuss the role of the arts in the spiritual life. Come ready to explore how Christian artists can innovate while remaining faithful to artistic and ecclesial traditions. No reading required! Light snacks will be provided.

    Every year, we set aside a day to fast and pray for our Holy Week worship services. Fast if you can on Wednesday, March 18, and join us that evening at 6:30 in the Sanctuary to pray and worship.
