Immanuel Journaling Class

Add another prayer resource to your life with God to help you practice His presence daily. Immanuel Journaling, grounded in Scripture, spiritual disciplines, and neuroscience, provides a template for listening and speaking to God through journaling. This one-session class, based on the book Joyful Journey: Listening to God, will give you experience in the key steps and the chance to share with others and hear their experiences.

This will be followed by the 6-week class, Immanuel Lifestyle, beginning Monday, January 30.  Although related, Immanuel Journaling is not a prerequisite for the Immanuel Lifestyle class.
