Immanuel Journaling Class

This one-session class, grounded in Scripture, spiritual disciplines, and neuroscience, provides a template for listening and speaking to God through journaling. It will give you in-class experience in the key steps and the chance to share with others and hear their experiences. This class is based on the book, Joyful Journey. A limited number of books will be available for purchase for $10. There is no charge for the class, but please register.

This class will be followed by the six-week Immanuel Lifestyle class, beginning Tuesday, April 9. Although related, the Immanuel Journaling introduction is not a prerequisite for the Immanuel Lifestyle class.
