RezArts Advent Exhibit 2025

If you have been invited to participate in the RezArts Advent Exhibit, please complete the following form. Your online submission(s) must be completed by Sunday, November 16, 11:59pm.

Poets do not need to print their pieces; we will frame each poem that fits on 8.5×11 in minimum 14 size font with 1″ margins. Larger pieces will not be accepted.

Visual artists must deliver their completed pieces Rez (upstairs print room) between Sunday, Nov 16, and Sunday, Nov 23. If your piece is not delivered by Sunday, Nov 23, we will not be able to display it. Thank you for understanding!

  By submitting my work to the RezArts Gallery, I agree to the following:
  Any work you create is owned by you (unless we commission the work and you sign a Work Made for Hire Agreement). You hold the copyright and may use the work in other contexts as you wish, keeping any payment from those uses.
  When you allow your work to be used by Church of the Resurrection, you agree to these understandings:
  
  * Church of the Resurrection has the non-exclusive right to use your creative work in its ministry, including but not limited to services, events, public displays or performances, publications, sites, and programs, without further permission or payment involved;
  
  * Church of the Resurrection has the non-exclusive right to allow the work to be used by its not-for-profit ministry "partners" such as the Diocese of the Upper Midwest, and Anglican Church in North America;
  
  * Church of the Resurrection will use care in displaying and/or storing the work but is not responsible for loss or damage;
  
  * If Church of the Resurrection receives more than $500 net income for your work (e.g., from sales of musical CDs or of printed icons), Resurrection will provide a payment to you, the amount to be determined by Resurrection in good faith, based on the economics of the project;
  
  * If you first create a work for Church of the Resurrection, you will not allow additional uses of that work outside Resurrection to be used in any context that, in Resurrection's opinion, reflects unfavorably upon or is injurious to Resurrection.
