Resurrection is my home. I’ve been attending this beautiful church since I was born, thanks to my wonderful parents, who have been serving here almost as long as I have been alive. To be able to contribute and serve at my spiritual home, a place which has shaped and formed my life as much as this church has, is an extremely unique blessing, and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity.
Growing roots in the Anglican church like I have done is a unique experience, and one that I did not appreciate adequately until leaving for college. I attended Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, an area with very little Anglican presence. Every time I came home, the refreshment of partaking in worship at Resurrection was something I looked forward to with great anticipation.
As the third generation of my family to serve on staff, I have come to realize the reward of putting my faith in Jesus, and the ways He prepares a way for me when I do so. The opportunity to put my gifts forward in an effort to serve the Lord in His house is a glorious blessing. In doing so, I continue to grow in my faith and run the race that the Lord has set for my life.
I am deeply committed to serving the church and collaborating with individuals who share this passion. This commitment aligns perfectly with the individuals who contribute to our church through our amazing teams on a weekly basis.
