RezKids
A sanctuary where kids encounter Jesus
For Parents
Special Needs:
We desire for all children to be able to participate in RezKids. If your child has special needs, we please contact us.
Check In:
Children must be checked in and wearing their name tag to enter their rooms. A parent keeps the matching tag to show the room leader when they pick up their child during the offertory.
Check-in is available in the Family Worship Room (next to our Main Sanctuary) Â and outside of the RezKids Worship Room (look for the RezKids sign).
All children are picked up by their parents about one hour into our service to join their families for Eucharist.
Nursery (Birth–24 mos)
Even our littlest ones encounter Jesus through a simple time of singing praises and listening to a Bible story. We provide a safe, fun space where you can rest assured knowing your child lovingly cared for and experiencing God on their own level!
Preschool and Kindergarten
We invite our preschoolers into worship using hands-on activities, special crafts, simple songs, and interactive Bible stories and lessons to explore the basics of Scripture.
Special Needs Support
The RezKids Buddy Program supports children with special needs. Buddies are trained volunteers who worship, play, and learn alongside the children. If you are interested in having a Buddy paired with your child on Sunday mornings, email christinawestberg@churchrez.org or mattprechter@churchrez.org. You can learn more about our ministry to and with families who are impacted by disability here.
Elementary (1-5th grade)
Sundays
Every Sunday, our elementary students grow in their relationship with Jesus and his church through fun songs, a theatrical story from the Bible, and meaningful, age-specific small group time.

If you are interested in baptizing your child, please email Christina Westberg below.
Baptism
We welcome infants and children who will be raised by families of faith into the church through the sacrament of baptism.
Traditionally, we baptize on four days: Easter (Spring), Pentecost (Summer), All Saints (Fall), and Baptism of Our Lord (Winter). All families who wish to baptize their child(ren) are asked to complete an application.
If you have questions or want to learn more, please contact Christina Westberg at christinawestberg@churchrez.org
Serve
Serve our precious children on our dynamic team! No matter your gifts, we have a place for you. Â Because one of our main priorities is the safety and security of children, we ask every potential volunteer to complete three steps before jumping on board!

Our Child Protection Process, including background check, must be completed before serving in RezKids.
